VIDEO REVIEW - Caught in a Maze (Series 3, Episode 5)

The 27th of my video reviews dedicated to the making of Cosgrove Hall's film and series of 'The Wind in the Willows', featuring 'picture in picture' and the odd 'behind the scenes' image too! This one is for Episode 5 from Series 3, 'Caught in a Maze' (originally transmitted 29th January 1987). We are bang in the middle of Summer 2019 at the moment - and it's "holiday time" - so this episode feels very appropriate. This was released on the 1987 double-VHS box set, and directed by Barry Purves. As a special treat, the entire script to this episode can be read on-screen as you watch, so look out for any differences.

Reviews of the series continues on Sunday 28th July 2019, with 'The Further Adventures of Toad' (Episode 1 from Series 1) - the very first episode!

All 52 episodes have been sorted into a special 'seasonal' order. The remaining 13 'bonus' episodes (Series 5/the 'Oh! Mr Toad!' spin-off episodes) are being reviewed, one by one, as 'additions' every 4 weeks. Comments very welcome. :)
