VIDEO REVIEW - Buried Treasure (Series 1, Episode 5)

The 64th of my video reviews, aimed at us nostalgic adults, dedicated to the making of Cosgrove Hall's 1980's film and series of 'The Wind in the Willows', featuring 'picture in picture' and the odd 'behind the scenes' image too, including archival photos of existing costumes and props and original drawings! This one is for Episode 5 from Series 1, 'Buried Treasure' (originally transmitted in the UK on 25th May 1984). It was never released on VHS in the UK and only became available on DVD from 2003.

We round up winter with my final review of the regular series of 'The Wind in the Willows' with 'Auberon's Return' (Series 2, Episode 9), on Sunday 23rd February 2020.

All 52 episodes have been sorted into a special 'seasonal' order. The remaining 13 'bonus' episodes (Series 5/the 'Oh! Mr Toad!' spin-off episodes) are being reviewed, one by one, as 'additions' every 4 weeks. Comments very welcome. :)
